Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

The ISGR Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a volunteer-led group that brings together parents, guardians, and staff to build a strong, inclusive, and fun school community. Through events and activities, the PTA plays a big part in making ISGR a vibrant and connected place for all families.

Our PTA organises events that help families connect, support school initiatives, and bring joy to students of all ages. Many events are long-standing traditions at ISGR, while others are created based on the interests and ideas of our parent community.

Everything we do is volunteer-based. Whether you have a little time or a lot, your involvement makes a difference. Some parents help plan a single event, others join working groups, and some support behind the scenes — there’s a place for everyone.

Would you like to help out at an event or find out more about what we do? We’d love to hear from you.

Parent Council

At ISGR, we value strong partnerships between home and school. The Parent Council is one of the key ways parents and guardians can contribute to the life and development of the school.

A Voice for Families

The Parent Council is a group of parent representatives who meet regularly with school leadership to share feedback, discuss ideas, and raise important questions. Guided by the principals, these meetings offer a space for collaboration, transparency, and progress.

Each class or year group has a representative, creating a broad and inclusive group that reflects the voices and experiences of our whole community. Topics can range from school lunches and safety to communication tools and strategic planning.

Working Together

Through the Parent Council, parents have the opportunity to:

  • Support continuous school improvement
  • Share collective concerns and suggestions
  • Help strengthen communication between families and school staff
  • Build a positive and supportive school culture

All families are welcome to bring forward questions or ideas through their class representative.
