At ISGR, student well-being is a top priority. Our dedicated Student Health Teams works closely with teachers, parents, and students to create a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

The Student Health Teams consists of:
School Nurses: Provide health guidance, conduct routine check-ups, manage medical records and offer vaccinations within the Swedish child vaccination program including catch-up vaccinations for new students.
Counselors: Offer confidential support for emotional and social well-being.
Psychologists: Assist with mental health concerns and developmental assessments regarding educational matters.
Special Education Teachers: Support students with learning difficulties through tailored interventions.
Principals and Deputy Principals: Oversee and coordinate student health initiatives across campuses.
This multidisciplinary team meets regularly to discuss student welfare, ensuring a cohesive approach to health and well-being.
ISGR emphasizes a proactive approach to student health:
Well-Being Surveys: Conducted annually on each campus to assess and address student needs.
Health Talks: Regular sessions with nurses and counselors focusing on physical and psychosocial health.
Responsive Classroom Approach: Implemented to foster a safe and engaging learning environment.
Essential Agreements: (Ordningsregler in Swedish.) Developed collaboratively to promote respect and responsibility within the school community.
ISGR adheres to strict confidentiality protocols, ensuring that student information is handled with care. Students and parents can easily access support services through direct contact with team members or via the school’s communication platforms.
