The International School of the Gothenburg Region (ISGR) is a place where people from around the world come together to learn, grow, and connect. With students and staff from over 45 countries, we are proud to be a truly international school community.
ISGR offers two educational tracks:
Although the two sections follow different programmes, we share the same values and work closely together as one school. We believe that our diversity strengthens us, and that learning is richer when we explore the world through different perspectives.
Our vision for ISGR is to be a leading international educator with a community of passionate life-long learners, inspiring global citizens to embrace diversity and explore the World.
ISGR is an international school with students aged from 5 to 16, which fosters a culture of learning with respect and open mindedness. Based on IB world or Swedish national standards, we tailor our curriculum to provide students with the tools to be life-long learners in a stimulating and nurturing environment.
We value authentic learning experiences with a global perspective.
Quality We provide an education that is reflective, adaptive and challenging. We guide students to reach their full academic and personal potential in order to create a better world
Diversity We view cultural diversity as a source of enrichment. We embrace the academic diversity in our students
Community We nurture our school community with care and respect. We make local and global connections
At ISGR, we believe that a strong and supportive team makes all the difference. Our dedicated staff come from many different countries and bring with them a wide range of experience and knowledge. Together, they create a learning environment where every student is seen, heard, and encouraged to grow.
