Document Request

You will need to complete a separate Document Request Form for each student and each document type requested.

School reports are produced each term and are designed to provide all the information needed about a student's time at ISGR for parents, students and future schools. If however you have a specific need for a document to supplement the school report or you need a replacement report you can request the supplementary documentation: Attendance Certificates, Leaving Certificates and School Reports, using the form above.

- School reports dating back 5 years can be reproduced. Documents older than this are not kept on file.

- Attendance certificates confirm current enrollment at ISGR.

- Leaving Certificates show the dates a student has been enrolled at ISGR.

* There is a minimum of two week's administration time to prepare the documentation, which will be provided after school fees are fully paid.
